James T. Glover
Mr. Glover a retired financial executive was last with Anadys Pharmaceuticals (now part of Roche), a biopharmaceutical company as Senior Vice President, Operations, and Chief Financial Officer. He was responsible for the company’s operational and financial activities. Mr. Glover joined Anadys from Beckman Coulter, Inc. (BEC), a $2.4 billion global clinical diagnostics and biomedical research company, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2003. During his 17-year tenure at Beckman Coulter, he held a variety of significant management positions, including: Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer (2003); Vice President and Treasurer (1999 to 2003); Vice President and Controller (1993-1999); Vice President-Strategic Planning & Program Management, Diagnostic Division (1993); Vice President-Controller/Divisional CFO (1989-1993). Prior to that, Jim worked for six years with several divisions of SmithKline Beckman, Inc., including Allergan Pharmaceuticals (AGN). Mr. Glover, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University.
Scott D. Olson
Mr. Olson is an experienced attorney with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of corporate transactions, intellectual property, and litigation. He currently has his own private practice and serves as General Counsel of LEADING EDGE AVIATION SERVICES. Prior to this, he was General Counsel of Day Software and PivX Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded Internet security software development and computer forensics professional services company. Prior to joining PivX, Mr. Olson was an associate attorney at Clifford Chance US LLP, the world’s largest law firm out of London, England, where he practiced securities litigation. He has been a part of the defense of high profile securities fraud lawsuits and SEC investigations for companies such as Broadcom, Cisco, Global Crossings, and Homestore.com. As a litigator, Mr. Olson argued cases in front of a variety of state and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Olson began his legal career as an associate attorney at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, where he practiced in the corporate transactional department. As a corporate lawyer, he specialized in IPOs, 33 and 34 Act public company work, mergers and acquisitions, and private company equity and debt financings. Mr. Olson received his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and his B.A. in environmental biology from the University of Virginia. He also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guatemala.
Robert R. Sinclair
Mr. Sinclair is a retired technology professional who since retirement has consulted for companies such as Insultech and Kyliptix Solutions. Robert has over 25 of years of experience in sales, sales executive management, and general business operations. Early in his career he was involved in selling industrial insulation materials, and then made the leap to high-tech in the early nineties when he joined SimpleTech, Inc. (now HGST a Western Digital Company) a data storage hardware manufacturing company, selling solid-state storage products to an array of markets from consumer to OEM. During his 10+ years with SimpleTech, he held various positions in executive sales, sales operations, and general operations. Upon leaving SimpleTech, Mr. Sinclair joined SiliconSystems, Inc. (now Western Digital), a solid-state storage provider selling exclusively to the Enterprise OEM market. After seeing SiliconSystems, Inc. through the start-up phase, he joined a network security software provider, PivX Solutions, Inc., as its VP of International Sales. Mr. Sinclair has been affiliated with multiple professional organizations and has been asked to sit on various boards of directors. His educational accomplishments include an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and a B.S. degree in Biology/Chemistry from Chapman University.
